How to use
- Open the project.
- Run EUW_RainRippleGenerator Editor Widget Blueprint.
- Set parameters and hit Generate Preview button multiple times until you will have good looking drop distribution.
- Hit Generate Flipbook button.
- Go to Final Textures folder. Convert the resulting render targets into regular textures, then use the Migrate command to move these textures into your own project.
Tips
- After converting the render targets into static textures, don’t forget to set the correct parameters, including enabling streaming, mip generation, compression type.
- Experiment with generation settings until you will find a result that works for you.
Important Note
Depending on the project settings, particularly the Temporal Anti-Aliasing parameters used, a flipbook may create visible ghosting artifacts. Unfortunately, this is a specific feature of Temporal Anti-Aliasing and cannot always be resolved.
